We have the ability to make any sofa or chair to your custom Specifications. When having furniture custom made at Batner Custom Furniture you will receive the highest quality furniture available . If you would like a quote, all we need is a picture or sketch. It’s that simple!

Solid Hardwood Frames

Our furniture is constructed using the highest standards. We only use 5/4 Alder hardwood frames, kiln dried to eliminate warping. All joints are corner blocked & double doweled for maximum strength. Unlike most furniture manufacturers, we never use Particle board, Plywood, Pine or any hardwood less than 1 ¼” thick.

Springs and Padding

SPRINGS
All of our furniture is made using 8-way hand tied coil springs.
Coil springs have the most support for your cushions, never break and will last a lifetime.

FOAM PADDING
Most fine furniture manufacturers use mediocre grade foam, which will last a maximum of 6 years. Here at Batner Custom Furniture, we only use the best quality High Resilient foam.
